This kit contains:
- 2x Factory Reproduction Torsion Bar Locking Clips
- 2x Hemi Performance MDI Torsion Bar Boots
Hemi Performance don't recommend the use of genuine Mopar boots due to poor quality molding which causes a high tendency of splitting, and they don't seal properly because they don't return to the correct shape after fitting them.
Our MDI reproduction boots are guaranteed to fit properly, and seal right - every time!
Suitable for use in all models (AP5, AP6, VC, VE, VF, VG, VH, VJ, VK, CL & CM.)
About our Polyurethane componenet:
We are one of very few companies that has setup to use newer MDI technology polyurethane for suspension and reproduction items and possibly the only supplier for our Chrysler Valiant models - this is due to the injection molds and equipment being different to use MDI and most long standing polyurethane companies are far too invested with the older TDI style molds and equipment.
Our MDI urethane is superior to TDI urethane products in a number of ways including:
- Wide range of hard and soft type materials allowing us to finely tune suspension for comfort and reliability
- Very high resistance to commonly encountered chemicals and fuels meaning slower degradation of our products.
- Higher density of urethane at a molecular level increasing resistance to torsional tearing and breaking.

- These do not fit over the ends of your torsion bars. You may have to slice the opening bigger and then superglue the slit back up when you are done.
