Overview
Wilwood have completely redesigned their Pro Series line of brake kits using a larger 11" rotor and new forged aluminum hubs with the express purpose of maintaining the factory wheel position. This new kit narrows the track with by only -.08" from original Drum brake position. Based on the venerable forged billet Dynalite caliper, these versatile kits are easily optioned to suit the braking requirements and style preferences for a daily driver, serious competition, or the most discriminating show enthusiast.
Most vehicle applications require no modifications for installation, and provide plenty of clearance inside popular 15" wheels. FDL Pro-Series kits can be used with either manual or power boost master cylinders. Kits come complete calipers, rotors, hub assembly, brackets and hardware. Requires purchase of additional brake lines.
The enhanced brake capacity and pad performance of the four piston calipers provide an significant performance upgrade to production drum & disc-brake systems alike.These kits compliment wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades on all types of custom show and high performance street / strip machines. This brake kit features both 4.5' & 4.75'' Wheel stud patterns. (note, these will not fit early valiant 4.00" PCD rims)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This performance disc-brake conversion requires a minimum wheel diameter of 15''.
- This kit requires the use of factory 9-inch drum brake spindles.
