This bearing can be used instead of the bronze bush in the crankshaft, it can be fitted to either a manual or auto crankshaft. If you have a auto crankshaft and wanted to fit a manual gearbox, this will do the trick, saves getting the crankshaft bored out to fit the bronze bush.
