Overview
This heavy duty hinge was specifically designed for use on VF/VG Hardtop (two door) models. As such, it means that the hinge assembly is a heavy duty unit that is designed to cater for the larger/heavier doors.
Can also be used as a direct replacement for VE, VF, & VG Sedan/Ute/Wagon vehicles.
Unlike the factory hinge, you are required to fit the fastening bolts from the inside of the vehicle cabin. There is also no adjustment on the forward mounting hole, so some modifications may be required to get a perfect fit.
This USA imported unit is serviceable with a bushing kit in future.
