This decal was found on all Valiant VG Pacer hardtop & sedan deck lid panels (bootlid). The actual application was for Hardtop models however the same factory part number was available from Chrysler parts as a partial replacement for the sedan deck lid stripe package. This "die cut" or "kiss cut" replacement decal is made from high quality adhesive-backed vinyl. The factory design is digitally cut and hollow-out to the correct shape. Application tape is applied to the decal (supplied) which is used to peel and stick it on to your vehicle. This type of decal is not a print on a solid piece of clear vinyl, it is the cut-out vinyl itself that makes the decal.
