Safety issue as I can't hear the clicking

Purchased 3 of these Narva Indiocator Flasher Relay's. The clicking noise is so faint on all 3 that one can easily leave the indicator on causing confusion to other drivers and I have been told and agree myself its a safety issue.....I have spoken to one of your staff who have suggested I return them for a refund which I will do....but please realise you are selling a product with potential safety problems.
