If you are rebuilding your alternator it is the perfect time to remove the old damaged tag and recover it with this identical decal. I found the best way to use the decal is to remove all evidence of the original tag and then lay this decal over the bare plate. The finished product looks brilliant. It just adds that little extra quality to your restoration.
