Unfortunately the gasket is too large for the box

It arrived with the gasket which was too large for the box.,it was slightly bent, I asked for further clarification on the parts that were taken out of its plastic and lucky enough they were all there. Wasn't a professional way if packaging...
No return phone call by one of there staff....not happy about old school service. Constant chasing sends you to other places guys
