They keep popping out...

I've tweak, splayed adjusted and tried them at various angles, but they pop out twice a week, I need to figure out someway to glue them in. If they was an instructional video, of correct (working) installation, I'd be happier.

In my view, if you buy these, you'll also need some form of glue... unless anyone knows of a magic trick for making them stay in place.
