Hemi Performance were the first to offer an all-in-one oil filter relocation kit for the Chrysler Small Block many years ago.
This is our brand new upgraded kit, featuring race quality "full-flow" push-lock fittings, billet alloy engine block sandwich plate (Necessary to replace the factory cast plate which is prone to cracking), hydraulic oil line, and USA made Derale Performance alloy filter mounting head.
This kit is perfectly suited for converting Small Block engines that don't have an original sandwich plate, and is also suitable to replace your old worn out sandwich plate.

- Billet aluminium plate is a bit flimsy. Ended up using the stock plate. Very expensive for what it is. Would recommend buying fittings and hose at your local speed shop.
