Overview
Our new high torque starter motors boast a huge 2.5 horsepower, and is around just half the size of a factory fitted unit.
Using one of these starter motors means you'll have less drain from your battery and ignition during start-up, and more grunt for higher compression engines.
Not only that, but you'll free up more room in your engine bay for things like extractors that often foul on the factory starter motors.
These starter motors are a direct replacement, no modifications are required to bolt them in.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This Starter only suits flywheels / converters with 122/130 tooth ring gear, The teeth count of your current starter motor is irrelevant as differences in the pitch angle and size of the starter motor gear can result in a different number of teeth being required. Please count the teeth on your current ring gear before purchasing this starter motor.
- When Installing; adjust gear clearance to approximately 0.5 to 1mm or 0.020 to 0.040" by pivoting on lower bolt - failure to leave sufficient clearance will cause abnormal operation after release of key and may damage starter pinion.

Bloody Awesome!
So easy to fit and my car now starts a lot easier than the original Chrysler starter motor.
Also the post was only 2 days from the Gold Coast to Perth!
I couldn't believe it and extremely happy.
