Overview
Not only have we thoroughly worked with the developers to put this kit together, but we have done our very best that this kit includes everything* you will need to install EFI on your Hemi 6 without calling 10 different places to pull it all together whist crossing your fingers that it will all work together.
Everything is covered, from the intake Manifold gasket to the Fuel system and ECU to feed and control your new Bosch green monster injectors, you can be assured that this kit will all work together to bring your Hemi into the 21st Century.
Here is a basic list of the parts included within this price:
- HALTECH Elite 750 ECU(engine management system) + Premium engine wiring loom + fuse box/relay package.
- Stage 3, 45mm Tapered Bore Throttle Bodies - (note please call for custom kits with either 48 or 50mm throttle bodies)
- Modified high performance 6 Pack DOCE Intake Manifold
- Custom high flow fuel rail injection kit Including Bosch "green monster" injectors.
- Custom billet alloy Linkage Kit - Includes:
- High Quality Rod Ends
- Drop Link (Black) - 6061-T6 Aluminium
- Throttle Stop With Lever Arm (Black) - 6061-T6 Aluminium
- Cable Pulley (Black) - 6061-T6 Aluminium
- Throttle cable bracket
- X6 Stage 3 Billet Alloy ram tubes
- High quality Bosch sensors including : Throttle position sensor, Water Temperature sensor, Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
- UniFlow performance filter socks
- EFI fuel tank conversion kit including all in one pump/sender, weld in/on conversion flange, top mount plate, fasteners; fittings, and lines.
*Note that this kit is not intended as a full DIY all in one kit, it is recommended that a qualified mechanic or tuner with extensive knowledge in EFI conversions install this kit. Garage level basics such as extra wiring and terminal connectors and hose clamps and related fittings may be required; this kit contains a ECU (engine management system) that will require programming, it is recommenced that the use of a dyno tuner to complete the initial tune so that they can monitor engine vitals such as air fuel ratios and other important values.
Note that this system does not include a distributor or ignition control module, however the ELITE 750 ECU is capable of sequential injection and ignition timing control with the correct additional sensors such as a crank angle sensor (not included).
